With the recently announced Norwegian smart meter deployment policy announced, we were delighted to have the participation of Thor Erik Grammeltvedt, Head of Electricity Market Section for the Norwegian regulator at Smart Metering Scandinavia as a keynote speaker. Mr. Grammeltvedt presented key developments in the formulation of Norway´s smart metering deployment plan.
